2. Products and Services

Avant Garde Vision provides customised gifts, corporate gifts, official gifts, awards, plaques, merchandise, packaging, personalised products and related services.

Certain products may be standard products, while others may be custom-made according to the customer's requirements.

Product availability, materials, colours, dimensions and specifications may vary depending on the product and production requirements.

3. Product Images and Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images and information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, product images are provided for general reference and illustration. Actual colours, textures, materials, dimensions, finishing and appearance may vary slightly due to production methods, lighting, photography, screen displays or natural material characteristics.

Minor reasonable variations do not normally constitute a product defect.

Prices displayed on our website may represent the full selling price, a starting price, an estimated price or a deposit depending on the product.

5. Orders

Submission of an order through our website does not necessarily mean that production has started immediately.

For customised products, our team may contact the customer after the order is submitted to confirm:

• Delivery arrangements
• Other customisation details

We reserve the right to decline an order where the requested product, quantity, timeline, artwork or other requirement cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

6. Deposits and Payments

Certain products may require full payment at the time of purchase, while customised orders may require a deposit before design, preparation or production begins.

Where the amount paid represents a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms communicated by Avant Garde Vision.

A deposit may be used towards design work, material sourcing, preparation, production or other costs associated with the custom order.

Once such work has started or costs have been incurred, the deposit may become non-refundable if the customer subsequently cancels the order, subject to applicable law and our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Payment Processing

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment gateway providers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring that sufficient funds or payment authorisation are available.

An order may not proceed where payment is unsuccessful, incomplete, reversed or otherwise not received.

8. Customisation and Design Approval

For customised orders, Avant Garde Vision may provide a design preview, digital artwork, proof or specification for customer approval before production.

Customers must carefully review all details before providing final approval.

This includes:

• Company or organisation details
• Logo
• Artwork
• Wording
• Colours
• Quantity
• Product dimensions
• Materials
• Packaging
• Other specifications

Once approval has been given, Avant Garde Vision will proceed based on the approved design and information.

9. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Content

Customers may provide logos, trademarks, photographs, graphics, wording, artwork or other materials for use in customised products.

By supplying such materials, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights, permission or authority to use them.

The customer is responsible for any intellectual property issue arising from materials supplied by the customer.

10. Changes After Approval

Changes requested after final approval may result in additional charges, changes to the production timeline or may not be possible if production has already begun.

Avant Garde Vision will advise the customer where additional costs or production time are required.

11. Production Timeline

Production timelines may vary depending on the product, quantity, material availability, design complexity, customisation requirements and current production schedule.

Any estimated completion or delivery date provided by Avant Garde Vision is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

Production may only begin after all required information, artwork, approvals and payments have been received.

12. Delivery

Delivery arrangements, charges and estimated delivery times depend on the customer's location, product size, quantity and delivery method.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Avant Garde Vision is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, courier disruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Returns and Refunds

Due to the customised nature of many of our products, confirmed custom-made and personalised products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless there is a verified defect, damage, incorrect item or production error attributable to Avant Garde Vision.

Customers must contact Avant Garde Vision within 7 working days of receiving an eligible affected product.

No product should be returned without first contacting our team and receiving instructions.

14. Order Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Avant Garde Vision immediately.

Cancellation may not be possible after design work, material sourcing, customisation or production has begun.

Any refund or adjustment will depend on the stage of the order, costs already incurred and our applicable Refund & Returns Policy.

15. Customer Communication

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding within a reasonable period where confirmation, artwork approval or additional information is required.

Delays in customer responses may result in delays to production or delivery.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content on this website including text, graphics, photographs, layouts, branding and website materials may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Customer-owned logos, trademarks and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

17. Website Use

Users must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious software or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or technical reasons.

18. Third-Party Services

Avant Garde Vision is not responsible for interruptions, delays or failures caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
