Enter your preferred quantity. Avant Garde Vision accepts orders with no minimum order quantity, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

3. Provide Your Customisation Details

Where available, you may provide details such as your preferred wording, logo, colour, quantity, packaging or box requirements.

4. Add the Product to Your Cart

Review your product selection and add it to your shopping cart.

5. Proceed to Checkout

Enter your name, contact number, email address and complete delivery address. Please ensure that all information is correct before submitting your order.

6. Make Payment

Complete your payment securely through the available payment method at checkout.

Order Processing Time:
Orders placed before 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday will be processed on the same working day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day.

7. Our Team Will Contact You

After receiving your order, our team will contact you to confirm the product, quantity, design, wording, logo, colour, packaging and other relevant requirements.

8. Confirm the Final Details

Please review all confirmed details carefully. Production will begin after the necessary customisation and design requirements have been approved.

9. Production and Delivery

Once your order is completed, our team will arrange delivery to your confirmed address.

DEPOSIT AND FULL-PAYMENT ORDERS

The amount displayed at checkout may be either a deposit or the full product price, depending on the selected product.

Deposit Orders

The payment secures your order and begins the consultation and customisation process. Our team will contact you to confirm the final specifications, pricing and remaining balance, where applicable.

Full-Payment Orders

The full product price is paid during checkout. Our team may still contact you to verify the order, customisation and delivery details before production or fulfilment.

CUSTOMISATION INFORMATION

Depending on the selected product, our team may request the following information:

• Required quantity

• Name, wording or message to be included

• Company or organisation logo

• Preferred colour or design direction

• Product size or specifications

• Box or special packaging requirements

• Required completion or event date

• Delivery destination
